In March of last year, I had bad vibes, and I felt the need to express them no matter what.
This is what came of it, something grotesque, repugnant, and painful, to try and have what I felt guide me and help put into something what I was feeling.
Thankfully I think I managed to, and I was feeling better afterwards. In the end it's true what they say, externalizing negative feelings has benefits for your mental health!
